Sussana Skinner is a qualified early childhood teacher with a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and a Masters in Educational Leadership.  Sussana has been a director and teacher in a range of centres over the last 15 years and has used this experience to provide the best learning and care environment for each child in Grow Early Learning Centres.

With Sussana’s knowledge in leadership and experience in teaching certificate 3 in Children Services in a Registered Training Organisation, Sussana, with the support of her qualified- experienced- passionate Assistant Directors/ Nominated Supervisors, they guide, train and lead a dedicated team of educators to educate and care for the children of Grow Early Learning Centre.
