All early childhood educators are highly qualified and have an overwhelming amount of experience in early childhood development. Regular intensive training sessions are held for all staff and "Working with Children" checks and "National Police Clearances" are a requirement to work at Monkey Bars. Monkey Bars Play & Learn Centre in Canning Vale is the first of its kind in Western Australia and has been well received. A second centre is planning to be opened in early 2015 at Thornlie and there are plans to open further centres in the near future.
